Tuition and Fees
Please note: Colorado Heritage classes are full-year classes (2 semesters: fall and spring). Enrolling in a class at Colorado Heritage is a commitment to class attendance for the full school year as well as a commitment to pay the full school year tuition, and other fees as applicable. Please see policies below for more details.
10/8 Billing Plan
We bill using a 10/8 billing plan for families to pay their tuition over several months. (If you wish to pay your full tuition at the time of registration, you may do so after you have made your 10% down payment at time of class registration. After the 10% has been paid, you may then pay the remaining balance through your Praxi Parent Portal.)
10/8 Details
10% Down: 10% of total school year tuition, study hall(s) (if applicable), and supervised lunchroom (if applicable) is due upon class registration.
Lab/material fees and the per student yearly tech fee are due in full upon class registration and are non-refundable.
8 Months: The remaining school year tuition balance is divided into 8 invoices. Account holders will receive an invoice via email on the first day of 8 consecutive months beginning with August or September (depending on class registration date). Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.
Balances not kept current will result in grades/transcripts being held, as well as exclusion from our graduation ceremony if applicable. If balances become 60 days + past due, account holders will be contacted. Please check your Praxi Parent Portal monthly to track your balance.
